Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts, consultations, and services concluded between Taxomade (a brand of Triple Caramel Marketing LTD, hereinafter "Agency" or "we") and the client ("Client" or "you"). Deviating conditions of the Client are not recognized unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Subject Matter and Scope of Services
Taxomade provides accounting, tax and relocation services for individuals and companies moving to or living in Greece. Our scope includes tax registrations (e.g. AFM), applications such as Article 5C, ongoing bookkeeping and tax filings, setup planning and the coordination of administrative procedures.
Accounting, tax and legal services:
Bookkeeping, tax returns and tax filings are prepared and submitted by our team, including a state-certified Greek accountant (Economic Chamber of Greece). Legal services (e.g. residence permits) are provided by licensed lawyers on our team. Where independent third parties are involved (e.g. notaries, translators), the Agency is not liable for incorrect information provided by these third parties.
3. Formation of Contract
The initial consultation (video call) and the evaluation of the online configurator are free and non-binding. A binding contract is only formed once we present the Client with a concrete offer after the initial consultation, and the Client accepts this offer in writing (email is sufficient).
4. Client's Duty to Cooperate
The success of our service — particularly for visa applications and registrations — depends strongly on the Client's cooperation. The Client undertakes to provide all documents required for the setup (e.g. passports, criminal record certificates, proof of income) truthfully, completely, and on time, in the requested form (e.g. apostilled). Delays caused by the Client are not the Agency's responsibility.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
The prices agreed in the respective individual offer apply. All prices are plus statutory VAT where applicable.
- Setup fee (one-off): Due upon conclusion of contract and payable in advance before work on your case begins.
- Retainer (monthly): Where ongoing services (e.g. bookkeeping, compliance monitoring) are agreed, the monthly retainer is invoiced in advance on the 1st of each calendar month.
Third-party costs (e.g. government application fees, notary costs, registration fees) are not included in the Agency's fee and must be paid by the Client directly to the relevant body, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Warranty and Liability
The Agency is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation, and liability is then limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. We expressly give no guarantee for the outcome of governmental decisions (e.g. approval of a tax status, recognition of a structure), as these are made by third-party authorities over which we have no final influence.
7. Term and Termination
One-off setup contracts end automatically upon full completion of the agreed project roadmap. Monthly retainer contracts are concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice to the end of the month, in writing. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
8. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
