General Information

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator, whose contact details can be found in the "Responsible Party" section below.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected partly when you provide it to us — for example, data you enter into our onboarding funnel (contact and inquiry form). Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website, mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or time of page access).
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data (the information in the onboarding funnel) is used to process your request for a free initial consultation and to prepare our service.

3. Data Collection on This Website
Server Log Files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).
Onboarding Funnel / Contact Data (Form)
When you answer the questions in our onboarding funnel and submit your contact details (name, email, phone number), your information from the inquiry form is stored to process the request and for any follow-up questions. This data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS to a webhook endpoint. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where related to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data remains with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent, or the purpose no longer applies.
